Water Well Drilling

Our typical water well is six inches in diameter with steel casing advanced as we go until we hit the water-bearing formation. If we hit bedrock, shale, or sandstone we will stop advancing steel casing and will line the remaining portion of the wellbore with a heavy wall PVC liner. We can also drill eight-inch and 10-inch wells as usually required for commercial applications. Well screens can be installed in formations where sand and coarse silts are problematic. Ahead of starting your project, our crews will visit your site and offer their recommendations on proper well placement to ensure optimal access, offsets for property and septic, and ease of use. We’ll also research available regional information to give our customers a better idea of their projects’ anticipated depth and cost.

Though our primary focus is on the Mat-Su Valley, we are also certified to drill in the Municipality of Anchorage and will happily travel regionally to serve our customers with water.
